Our company has unique heat treatment and tempering technology, and the production process has been completely upgraded. The quenched and tempered heat-treated wear-resistant steel bars of different materials are customized according to the customer's requirements. The hardness after quenching should reach HRC45~60. The hardness can be customized according to the customer's requirements. The hardness can be reduced to about HRC30-35 by using multiple high-temperature tempering technology, eliminating sorbite and even ferrite structure, so as to achieve the purpose of quenching and tempering to solve the problem of broken bars and improve the wear-resistance by more than 2-4 times.
